Damn. I finally get a comment on my post about my bad-ass guitar and the comment isn't even on the badness of it's assery.
I know, I know, I've been a bad blogger, but I've been swamped getting ready for the move. Anyone that wants me to post more regularly is welcome to come by and help me pack stuff.
Yeah, I thought so.
But yes, I'm still in the house. Nate moved out a little while back and I've been packing and trashing stuff when I'm not drawing comics and/or dodging bits of the house that have chosen this moment to fall off. I've also had another wicked sinus infection, which may be from living where the air quality can best be described as 'unconventional', or possibly from the house rotting around me. Either way I'm getting the fuck out.
Thus far, the nicest thing about packing is seeing all the shit I've been having to live around and deal with that I don't have to take with me.
Actually, I take that back, the best part is seeing all the people in my neighborhood that I'll never see again, that kicks fucking ass. A close second is all the shit that I don't have to take with me. Even with everything I'm not taking with me though I still have a lot of shit, so I'm looking at lofts and studios. Artists places. Which makes sense for be, being an artist and all.
Problem is, being an artist is rather trendy so all the really good artists places are occupied by pretentious cocks with trust-funds, thus, all the spaces suited to producing art are taken up by people that don't produce anything that would be considered art by anyone but other pretentious cocks with trust funds.
Despite this conundrum, I have a few leads, mostly in the campus areas. So, in a sense, I'm going back to college. Except for the parts about registering, getting books and going to classes, the latter two of which I never really found all that essential to the process anyway. So I figure once I get up there I'll have a lot more to post about and probably more time in which to do it as I'll probably be even more broke up there than I am down here.
Oh, before I forget, the new Terribly Wrong strip is up and be sure to check out Zombie Girls Online, for which I'm also a contributor. Also, I'd like to mention that Brian has an online computer business now at Silverback Computers and Andrea has opened Baieys Basics both of which you should go check out right now.
And click a bunch of ads while you're there.
Brian, I expect a full accounting of all the cross traffic from my site to the adds as I do plan to deduct it from the money I owe you.
